About Us

Julie Hafize is an experienced fitness and well being professional bringing over 15 years experience across North America and Australia. 

She is a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, through Studio Pilates Australia. Julie brings her own passionate and energetic approach to Pilates, and tailors her classes to the specific needs, goals and capabilities of her students of all abilities and ages. 

The framework of her classes is around enjoyment and physical achievement, meaning you will never walk away from her sessions feeling like you haven’t given 100% and pushed yourself to your physical limit. 

Julie believes that Pilates - while offering a tremendous base for active fitness, also provides the basis for injury recovery and ongoing prevention. Her approach to Pilates can be defined as traditional Stott Pilates with Julie’s own innovative and holistic adaptation derived from her own personal experience and passion for the industry. 

Hello! My name is Bhavun and my passion for movement drove me to obtain a degree in kinesiology. I currently work as a BCAK registered kinesiologist and Pilates instructor. I enjoy the outdoors and spend my time staying active throughout the day through strength training, running, and Pilates. The mind body connection is so important to me and I truly believe connecting into a true diaghramatic breath helps promote relaxation and provide mental clarity. I am excited to help everyone on their Pilates journey any way I can and share my passion with all of you!
